Artist Statement: The shape and design of this piece reminds me of a crossword puzzle, so the title is a play on words, combining an image of a cross made from weathered Far East furniture parts and a copy of the word of God. This structure won Honorable Mention at the juried 2017 Santa Fe Recycled Art Show.
